Who we are, and who we are not

ACE Edu Tutors is an independent tutoring and academic support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to American College of Education. ACE and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the coursework we support.

What you are buying

Original study materials and tutoring: model drafts written to your course's instructions and rubrics, line maps and walkthroughs, editing of your own drafts, discussion drafting, capstone staging, doctoral project preparation support, practicum documentation support, and related academic coaching. Deliverables are learning materials; responsibility for submitted work remains yours, under your institution's academic integrity policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate instructions, rubrics, and deadlines; quotes are built from what you send.
  • Never share institutional credentials; we do not accept them.
  • Use delivered materials consistently with your institution's policies.

Turnaround, revisions, and the guarantee

Discussion work targets same-day delivery when requested; standard deliverables target 24 to 48 hours from confirmation; staged projects receive dated plans before payment. If supported work grades below the agreed target on the course's letter scale, we revise free until the target is met. The guarantee is a revision commitment on work we produced, not a promise of institutional outcomes; projected grades in our notes are estimates, not grades.

Payment and refunds

Prices are quoted before work begins and charged through a secure third-party processor. Undelivered scoped orders refund in full; delivered work is covered by the revision guarantee rather than refunds, except where law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

On full payment, delivered materials are licensed to you for personal educational use. Our methods and tooling remain ours; your materials are never republished or resold.

Acceptable use

We refuse work involving impersonation of a student to an institution, access to institutional systems including Canvas and MyACE, posting or attending live obligations on anyone's behalf, performing practicum or supervised hours for anyone, or submitting work through institutional channels on a student's behalf. Supervised-component services are documentation support and coaching only.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and contact

Updated terms take effect when posted; continued use is acceptance. Questions go to the contact page.
